Brining a photographer’s eye and a strategist’s mindset to telling the Live Luxe Travel story. Madelynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University East, and since 2023 she has run her own business, Madelynn Ward Photography. That work has given her a strong sense of how to capture a moment and build a brand that connects with people.

As Marketing Specialist, Madelynn shapes how Live Luxe Travel shows up wherever people meet the brand, from social media and email campaigns to partner promotions and client-facing materials. Her work includes:

• Creating images and content that show off the destinations, properties and experiences our clients love

• Working with hotel partners and preferred suppliers on co-branded campaigns and promotions

• Keeping our brand voice consistent and polished across every channel

Before joining Live Luxe, Madelynn worked as an Admissions Officer at South College and as a Student Ambassador at IU East. In those roles she guided people through big decisions with warmth and clear communication. She brings that same people-first approach to marketing, and her goal is for every future traveler to feel the Live Luxe difference before they pack their bags.
