How to Book a Limelight Preferred Reservation

1. Contact Live Luxe Travel Co. with your booking request using this form.

Please note: all requests are answered within 24 hours.

2. Live Luxe Travel Co. will respond with the Limelight Preferred rates and included benefits.

3. Live Luxe Travel Co. will need your billing information, phone number and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

4. Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property. It’s really that easy.

 

Limelight Preferred Frequently Asked Questions

  • Live Luxe Travel Co. offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $50 USD per reservation, at our discretion. The fee is paid prior or during the booking and is non-refundable, even if you later decide to cancel the reservation.

    The Live Luxe Travel Co. hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resort. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend  requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $50 non-refundable booking/service fee.

    For more custom planning including full itineraries, we offer tailored planning services which include destination guidance and detailed itineraries.

  • There is no minimum length of stay required for Limelight Preferred.

    Please note reservations are subject to $50 USD non-refundable booking fee if reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.

  • The Limelight Preferred rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate.
