Restaurants & Bars

Dining aboard Amangati brings Aman’s refined culinary philosophy to sea through eight distinctive dining and lounge venues, each designed with its own atmosphere and sense of occasion. Alira, the yacht’s relaxed, open-air all-day restaurant, celebrates Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal dishes inspired by the destinations Amangati visits. Aman Grill centers around the elemental art of cooking over fire, serving prime aged meats, whole fish and seasonal vegetables alongside sommelier-led wine pairings and tableside rituals.

Japanese cuisine takes center stage at two additional restaurants. Hiori offers an intimate teppanyaki experience where chefs combine precise technique with an interactive style of cooking, complemented by Japanese sake, rare whiskies and teas. Akari is rooted in the Japanese tradition of washoku, showcasing seasonal ingredients through classic preparations as well as a signature omakase experience.

For something more personal, Amangati offers a Private Dining Room for gatherings of up to 10 guests, along with 24-hour in-suite dining featuring wellness dishes, local specialties and familiar favorites. Evenings can continue across the yacht’s collection of bars and lounges, including The Bar at Aman Grill, the Cigar Lounge and The Jazz Club, where cocktails, rare spirits and live music complement Amangati’s relaxed approach to life at sea. Together, the venues offer an impressive amount of culinary variety for a yacht carrying just 94 guests.

Entertainment

Entertainment aboard Amangati reflects Aman’s signature philosophy of understated luxury, with experiences designed around culture, music, enrichment and an unhurried connection to the sea. Rather than traditional large-scale cruise entertainment, evenings center around intimate gathering spaces such as The Jazz Club, inspired by its counterpart at Aman New York, where live music, craft cocktails and late-night bites create a sophisticated setting that extends onto an expansive outdoor terrace.

Guests can also enjoy Amangati’s intimate 12-seat Cinema, complete with reclining seats, surround sound and excellent acoustics for films, special screenings and private events. During the day, entertainment naturally shifts outdoors to the yacht’s Marina, where paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, sea scooters, jet skis, water skiing and other water toys invite guests to make the most of time at anchor. Younger travelers ages six to 15 have their own Youth Lounge, featuring virtual-reality surf simulators, PlayStation, Xbox, foosball and occasional organized activities. Together with onboard enrichment programming, Amangati’s approach feels less like a traditional cruise and more like life aboard an exceptionally private superyacht.

Every element has been shaped with care, flowing from the grace of the two-storey Japanese serenity garden to the privacy of eight ocean-facing treatment suites, each with a private terrace and whirlpool bath. Treatments are rooted in four guiding pillars – nutrition, movement, psychological health and bodywork – guided by wellness therapists who balance healing traditions with the best of modern science. The Medi Spa adds a contemporary dimension with consultation rooms and advanced therapies overseen by expert practitioners.
