How does this work?

Step 1: Live Luxe Travel Co. will respond via email with the Firmdale Hotels rates for your selected property and dates along with the specific Firmdale Hotels benefits.

Step 2: If you wish to proceed with the booking, we will just need a few more pieces of information to complete the booking such as your phone number, billing address, and credit card with expiration. This information can be provided through our secure credit card authorization form.

Step 3: Once the booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Firmdale Hotels just as you would when booking directly with Firmdale.

Step 4: Live Luxe Travel Co. will reach out to an on property contact to let them know about any special requests or special occasions you might be celebrating to make sure your stay is perfect.
